Day 1· Arrival in Tokyo

Take an international flight to Tokyo, Japan. Upon arrival at Narita International Airport or Haneda International Airport, our staff will meet you and transfer you to your hotel by private car for check-in.
No fixed sightseeing activities are scheduled for today. Guests can rest at the hotel, recover from the long flight, and prepare to begin this wonderful classic cultural journey through Japan and China.
Day 2· Tokyo: Traditional Culture & Modern Metropolis
Accommodation: Tokyo Area Hotel
After breakfast, head to 〖Sensō-ji Temple〗. Sensō-ji is one of Tokyo's most iconic historical and cultural landmarks, boasting a long history and a rich Edo-period atmosphere. Stroll along the Nakamise Shopping Street to experience the lively vibe of Tokyo's traditional neighborhoods.
Next, visit 〖Ginza〗. Ginza is a world-famous shopping district in Japan, home to department stores, luxury flagship boutiques, cafes, and restaurants, making it the perfect place to experience Tokyo's modern metropolitan charm.
Afterward, depending on the schedule, you can enjoy free time exploring other iconic districts in Tokyo to experience the city's unique blend of tradition and modernity.
Day 3· Tokyo to Mount Fuji Area

After breakfast, travel by car to the Mount Fuji area.
Depending on weather, road, and seasonal conditions, head to the 〖Mount Fuji 5th Station〗. The 5th Station is a prime spot to admire the magnificent views of Japan's highest peak up close and experience the unique charm of this natural and spiritual symbol of Japan.
If the 5th Station is inaccessible due to weather, road conditions, or traffic control, the itinerary will be adjusted to visit 〖Oshino Hakkai〗. Oshino Hakkai is a set of eight natural spring ponds fed by melting snow from Mount Fuji. With its crystal-clear waters and picturesque village scenery, it is renowned as one of Japan's most iconic countryside landscapes.
After the tour, check in to your hotel in the Mount Fuji area or surrounding region to rest.
Day 4· Mount Fuji Area to Kyoto to Osaka: Ancient Capital Culture Experience

After breakfast, head to Kyoto to begin your traditional Japanese culture experience.
First, explore 〖Gion Hanamikoji Street〗. This is one of Kyoto's most iconic traditional districts, featuring preserved wooden machiya townhouses, teahouses, and stone-paved alleys filled with classic Japanese charm.
Next, visit 〖Kiyomizu-dera Temple〗. A UNESCO World Heritage site, Kiyomizu-dera is one of Kyoto's most famous ancient temples, renowned for its massive wooden stage, panoramic views of the ancient capital, and surrounding historic streets.
Enjoy a specially arranged 〖Japanese Tea Ceremony Experience〗. Learn traditional tea ceremony etiquette, understand the spirit of hospitality, aesthetics, and rituals behind it, and immerse yourself in the essence of Japanese culture.
After the tour, head to Osaka and check in to your hotel.
Day 5· Nara to Osaka: Ancient Capital Nature & Urban Vitality

Day 6· Osaka to Shanghai

After breakfast, head to Kansai International Airport to board your international flight to Shanghai, China.
Upon arrival in Shanghai, our staff will meet you and transfer you to your hotel by private car for check-in. After checking in, you can rest or take a leisurely stroll around the hotel depending on your arrival time to get a first taste of Shanghai's cosmopolitan atmosphere.
Day 7· Shanghai City Exploration

After breakfast, begin your cultural exploration of Shanghai.
First, head to 〖The Bund〗. As one of Shanghai's most iconic landmarks along the Huangpu River, it features a collection of historic buildings and offers stunning views of the modern Lujiazui skyline, showcasing the unique blend of Shanghai's past and present.
Next, visit the 〖Yuyuan Bazaar〗. Preserving a strong traditional architectural style, this area is packed with historic shops, local snacks, and souvenir stores, making it a prime spot to experience Shanghai's traditional commercial culture.
Afterward, head to the 〖Wukang Road Historic District〗. Lined with historic buildings, cozy cafes, boutique shops, and plane trees, Wukang Road is one of Shanghai's most culturally charming streets.
Continue with a stroll through 〖Xintiandi〗 and the Former French Concession. Xintiandi seamlessly blends historic Shikumen architecture with modern dining, shopping, and leisure spaces, representing the fusion of Eastern and Western cultures in Shanghai.
Enjoy free time in the evening. You can choose to take a Huangpu River cruise, visit the Shanghai Tower observation deck, or explore the night views of Shanghai around The Bund, Lujiazui, or Xintiandi.
Day 8· Shanghai to Nanjing: Ancient Capital of Six Dynasties & Qinhuai Romance

After breakfast, travel to Nanjing by high-speed rail or private car. Nanjing is a famous historical and cultural city in China. As the ancient capital of six dynasties, it boasts a deep historical heritage and a unique urban character.
Upon arrival, visit the 〖Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum〗. Built against the mountain, this majestic and solemn architectural complex is one of Nanjing's most iconic historical landmarks and an important site for understanding modern Chinese history.

Day 9· Nanjing to Beijing: Historic Architecture & First Impressions of the Capital

After breakfast, visit the 〖Presidential Palace〗. This major historical complex in Nanjing witnessed key phases of modern Chinese history, making it an ideal place to learn about the city's recent past.
Next, visit the 〖Nanjing City Wall / Zhonghua Gate〗. The Nanjing City Wall is one of the best-preserved ancient city walls in China, and the massive Zhonghua Gate holds significant historical and architectural value.
In the afternoon, head to Nanjing South Railway Station and take a high-speed train to Beijing. Upon arrival in Beijing, our staff will meet you at the station and transfer you to your hotel for check-in.

Afterward, take a private car transfer to Beijing Capital International Airport or Beijing Daxing International Airport for check-in, baggage drop, and customs clearance before boarding your international flight home, concluding this 12-Day Japan & China Classic Cultural Tour.
