Execution of the Tour
After the reservation is confirmed, the service will be provided on the day of the tour.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If customers cancel their reservation or change the number of participants due to personal reasons (including partial cancellation of the reservation due to a reduction in the number of participants), a cancellation fee will be charged according to the following rules.
Cancellation 3 days or more before departure (excluding the departure day): 100% refund. Cancellation 2 to 3 days before departure (inclusive): 50% refund. Cancellation 1 day before departure (inclusive) or on the departure day: no refund.
